Nice upgrade from what I had before
I have a solar hot water system (closed loop) that had the original expansion tank begin to leak. My old tank was crimped in the middle and that's where it failed. I liked this tank because it was welded in the center and it is made for solar hot water systems. So far so good. If you are going to install this yourself I recommend you do a little research before you proceed. The system works under pressure (mine is set to 50 psi) so be careful. Anyway, this is a quality tank designed for high temps

Good construction (as far as I can see)
It works!
