DST-777S is a microprocessor-based electronic one stage setpoint temperature control, designed to provide one on/off controls (SPDT relay output) for residential/commercial heating, cooling, air conditioning and refrigeration. The DST-777S is equipped with a Dual Digital display with backlit that provides a constant readout of the sensor temperature and can be used to view the setpoint as well as the other programmed settings. The front buttons allow the user to easily and accurately select the set point temperature, differential and heating/cooling mode of the operation.QuickSet feature allows instant setpoint adjustment without entering programming mode. This reliable and versatile control has a very wide setpoint range, an adjustable differential and time delay that makes it applicable in many different applications. DST-777S has Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) to prevent overshoots and undershoots in systems with large thermal mass such as pools or slabs.

Saving me money
I bought this as a cheap way to activate the boiler if the water temperature of my radiant heat gets below 100 degrees. My boiler tends to run a little warmer than the radiant needs because it's providing heat to other rooms with baseboard radiators. Adding this ensures that the boiler isn't running hot if it's only supplying water for radiant heat.
Since adding it, I've saved almost two gallons of propane per day.

Good Product & Price, Easy Install, Good Customer Support
I used these controllers to replace the old Gold Line analog units that I installed with my radiant heating system 16 years ago. The Azel controllers appear well made, included good documentation, a spare fuse and a thermistor, and were easy to install and program. A call to the Azel Customer Support line was handled promptly, professionally and the rep was willing to work with an owner/DIY installer, which isn't always the case. The Supply House price was very competitive.
