Spring Return, On/Off Actuator (24V)

These are great. We have 16 of them in our winery. They are great and fairly reliable, but we do have 1 or 2 fail every year and they always fail the same way - where the dongle interfaces with the circuit board. They are not very water tight at all. I don't know how the water or moisture gets inside them, but it always does and it eventually corrodes the contacts or the circuit board. We are experimenting with sealing them better to prevent the failure, but it may be internal condensation which will be really hard to prevent. We always keep one spare on the shelf. The good news is that the fail open, so they just end up freezing the tanks when they fail. Not the worst thing to occur in our situation unless we are in the middle of a fermentation.
