Bell & Gossett has introduced the EASB-JR, a micro-bubble air separator that makes both residential and commercial hydronic heating systems more efficient, operate quieter, and last longer.
Featuring a brass body and stainless steel internal components, the EASB-JR Air Separator is designed to automatically remove entrained air bubbles in hydronic systems. As fluid enters the air separator, the velocity is decreased creating a low-pressure area. The small bubbles are released from fluid and then collect on the coalescing medium. As the bubbles coalesce, they rise to the top of the air separator where they are released to atmosphere through the built-in automatic air vent.
The compact design and the no-minimum pipe requirements allow EASB-JR to be installed wherever air is a problem. Several sizes offered: 3/4 , 1 , 1 1/4 and 1 1/2 NPT and 3/4 , 1 and 1 1/4 sweat. The EASB-JR features a non-clog vent design that eliminates callbacks due to the fouling of the valve and a 1/2 NPT connection that allows easy connection to a diaphragm tank. The EASB-JR comes with a three-year warranty.

Great air eliminator, and the best price at SupplyHouse.com!
This high capacity air eliminator connects directly into the supply piping without the need for an air scoop normally used with standard air vents. This makes a great product when space is at a premium. I will certainly buy this one again.

A high quality brass uit
I purchased this product for use in a radiant floor heating system. This is a very heavy duty, compact unit which installs easily. I comes complete with warrenty card. Pex Supply had this item in stock and shipping was very fast. I would definately buy from again. DAB

Does the job
I think its a little costly but it is a must have in a closed loop system . It does take a little heat to make connection . This is a very well built unit it should last for many years with very little up keep. Thank you PEX you have done it again.GOD bless.
