I WOULD BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN
I USE THIS PRODUCT TO CIRCULATE OUR HOT WATER. IT DOES THE JOB AND WE HAVE HOT WATER INSTANTLY. THIS IS THE THIRD ONE THAT I HAVE PURCHASED FROM YOU. THE OLD ONE WAS DAMAGED AND STOPPED WORKING WHEN I HAD A PIPE BREAK AND I GUESS IT GOT BURNED OUT DUE TO THE LACK OF WATER.
ANYHOW, WE ARE BACK WITH INSTANT HOT WATER. I MAY JUST ORDER ANOTHER TO KEEP AS A SPARE IN THE EVENT I HAVE ANOTHER PIPE BREAK.
THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE, IT ONLY TOOK TWO DAYS BEFORE IT ARRIVED.

worked great
pump come quickly was pretty straight forward to install. I mounted it on the side of water heater and are pulling from to runs. The only problem I'm having is my kitchen sink is a touch on and off and I believe the heat water is somehow getting back into the cold side. Overall love in instant heat water.

Liked first pump so much I bought another!
I have a long ranch style house and the water heater is in the middle. I purchased and installed the first hot water recirc pump a few months ago for one end of the house and liked it so much that I bought another for the other end of the house. The pumps are solid as a rock and work exactly as anticipated. I always have "instant" hot water at every sink. In addition to being controlled by the built-in thermostat, I have the pumps plugged into Smartthings outlets such that they turn off when everyone leaves the house and turn back on when anyone comes home.
