We recommend the installation of all Bluefin Ductless Split Systems to be done by a licensed, trained & qualified HVAC technician with the proper knowledge and background. A trained technician will be able to judge the best location for the air handling (evaporator) unit and also the correct size for the area it has to cool.
Should you experience an issue during the installation or the initial startup, please contact the technician that installed the units to troubleshoot with the Bluefin team. Bluefin cannot accept any service or warranty calls from anybody but a HVAC technician.
Please refer to our limited warranty policy for more details and how to submit a warranty claim.

Last of the 410A units
I am retiring when R410A units are no longer available. The only decent ones left are the 18 and 24K Bluefins. I installed 4 of them so far and they perform as well as the name brands. So far, I haven't been able to obtain a parts list or a service manual which is why they only get 4 stars. In the event of a failure, I want to have that critical information to properly service my customers. Shipping is fast and none have arrived damaged.
