1" Full Port Threaded Ball Valve

I needed fittings to assemble compressed air cooling for my 2 older horizontal tank portable air compressors. SupplyHouse had very attractive pricing on everything I needed. After some confusion on my part on ID and OD requirements between copper fittings and compression fittings, I canceled my first order and resubmitted it. SupplyHouse was so attentive and helpful every step of the way. I received all the parts very well packaged, in a very short time (2 days for most of the order, less than a week for the remaining 2 items). Everything was exactly as I ordered, and very nice quality items. I'm currently planning to buy more from SupplyHouse, since I found some extra copper pipe with which to expand my original design. You can't go wrong buying from these super people.

After 30 years as a professional in the plumbing and steamfitting trade never have I ever had an issue as such. After cleaning and soldering all I experienced 4 leaks of 5 valves all on the inlet side opposite handle. Do note the these were dry fitted and cleaned again then soldered with brand new flux and 95/5.The joints were top side in a vertical position and no water whatsoever. Solder flowed just as normal. 2 of the 4 still leaked in the same spot after removing the tubing and reinstalling new stub. I tried again and even tried to cap with a 50/50 which I have only attempted a handful of times. I wasted half a day of my time draining and filling then more time running running to a supply house for 5 new replacements. All the new Nibco's were leak free. Again I should have just spent the extra few dollars and ordered a domestic brand. Of note the Nibco valve is noticeably heavier and sturdier then these.
