3" High Capacity Lead Free Brass In-Line Check Valve with NBR Seats
Features:
- The check valve is made from a hot forged body for higher tensile strength, and for zero porosity. The spring is made from stainless steel, and have a cracking pressure of .5 psi. The disc is made from high temperature and abrasion resistant Polyetherimide. Further, the valve incorporates a patented disc to interior body design to prevent any potential side loading.
- The valve offers a bubble tight sealing under low as well as high pressure up to 400 WOG, with an elastomeric seat design, and the NPT threads conform to ANSI B1.20.1.
All brass components is made from brass alloy CW510L/ASTM C28500 containing zero Bismuth, thus preventing stress cracking.
The check valve has high flow capacity with minor restrictions, and approved for Lead Free service under NSF-372.
