No we do not, I do not see any replaceable parts in those valves.
We usually just buy a complete matching one and swap the guts and scrap the other. Much better than tearing walls open. Oh and...remove your hoses in winter. I suspect that's why they froze :-)
The cracks were the result of the manufacturer's supplier failure to properly temper the stems. I spoke to a mfg engineer and given the time frame these were purchased he concluded the failures were material related, not due to freezing. Although I repaired the stems by soldering patches over the tube, I will probably do as Joe suggests and simply buy new assemblies and swap out the inner stems. Ps. Although the engineer promised to send me replacement parts they never did come so I just said, "Screw it, typical customer service these days" and will get my own parts some day.
