Gas Control Valve

The product is designed to fail in a way that requires replacement. Honeywell products are junk from there surveillance software to these gas control valves. The employee assisting me insured this product was the direct replacement and was amazing and excels at their job. Great customer service with compassion. Do not put the heat selection above warm in the "A B C" range unless you want this unit to send an over heat code and freeze it's computer board up. Don't believe me? Check the hundreds of forums and videos on this not so wounderful product. Thank you supply house for being there with a great price when my family needed assistance!

This was the exact replacement valve for my Bradford White M45036FBN water heater. Was delivered quick enough. Easy install and works great.

Before purchasing, I called with several questions. The staff was very helpful and informative. After placing my order, I received a call from the shipper of the Hot Water heater and delivery was set up with ease. The delivery was on time and they were very helpful, even bringing the hot water heater into my garage and waiting while I unpacked it and inspected it. It did have a few dings, but if you don't expect that, it is unrealistic. The few dings were nothing major and after speaking to customer service, they replace the entire part of an item that literally just had a very small crack. After I installed the hot water heater myself, it started right up and works great. It is a very efficient unit and gets the water really hot. For those that complaint that it makes the water too hot, you might be the same person who sued McDonald's for spilling coffee on yourself and then complaining that the coffee was too hot. I am very happy with this purchase and the service that I received. .
