The Right Part at the Right Price
My 6 year old water heater needed its anode rod replaced. I tried several plumbing suppliers in our local area with no success in finding it. That was when I decided it was time to go online. I found Supply House and my search was over. After giving them the brand and model number, they had the part. When it arrived it was about 8" longer than the original anode. I immediately called customer service who helped right away. They told me it was made a little longer to fit more than one model and could be cut to size. Problem solved.
The part shipped on time and arrived in a couple of days. I would definitely recommend Supply House.

Size didn't fit exactly in my Bradford water heater
The plumber struggled for few hours to fit it in. Finally, he had to cut it to make it fit

As Expected but Excessive Packaging
I needed to cut the anode to 39" so it would fit properly. Otherwise, no issues. I do feel the packaging was excessive however. Package was sent in a double cardboard box 12" x 12" x 5' filled with bubble wrap. Previous anode rod ordered in 2022 was sent in a 4" diameter stiff cardboard tube which was much less wasteful.

A must for tank longevity
Had to cut an inch or two off the end, but it was a nice indicator when I heard it hit the bottom of tank and no sludge build up. Don't forget a new heat trap. It doesn't come with one.

Exactly what I needed
The anode rod was exactly what I needed for my bradford white water heater. I had to cut off the rod a little as it was longer.

Anode rod fit perfectly after cutting some of the length off. Actually better than the original as it extends above the tank a couple of inches.

The product was high quality.
This vendor stands behind their product. My original order arrived without the anode. It apparently was not packed correctly. The box end had a hole in it where the rod fell out.
They replaced it no questions asked.

OEM product at a fair price
The service from Supply House was exceptional!
I originally ordered the aluminum anode rod and upon doing more research determined that in my situation the magnesium rod would be best. My orders came very quickly and my return was handled promptly by the staff with no restocking fee.

Perfect replacement for 50 gal. Bradford.
The rod did need to be shortened but was a suitable replacement. Wish it had come with a heat trap in the nipple. Otherwise fine.
