Just Okay
I had my builder put this in my new home hopping the HEPA filter would help allergies. I am very disappointed in the filter. It slides in loosely with no positive sealing, cost a fortune, and when the heat or air is running with the HRV off the air back flows the filter putting the dirt that was captured from outdoor into my duct work. Control logic is too simple, I would expect something with variable speed fans could control the static pressure in the house.
