Broan's Ultra Silent Humidity Sensing fans are the most effective way to control excess humidity and moisture. These humidity sensing fans turn on and off automatically. They will automatically turn on to exhaust excess moisture once the Sensaire technology detects rapid increases in humidity and moisture levels. Fits in 2" x 8" ceiling construction.

BEST HUMIDITY SENSING FAN I HAVE FOUND
I installed these 35 of these fans in an apartment building that had severe bathroom moisture problems. They cleared up the problem with out relying on the tenants to turn them on and off. They are so quiet that we kept getting calls that they weren't working, when in fact you just could not hear them.
Great fan, I highly recommend them. I especially like the 6" duct it allows you to make a turn or two in the run without building up static pressure.
I had tried the Delta fan, but it runs constantly and people were complaining about the hum while they were trying to sleep.
