Very poor product. Stay away from this
The title says it all. This is simply a bad product. From now on, we're sticking w/ Honeywell. It had shipped w/ our indirect. The first was DOA. The second one failed within an HOUR. Are you kidding? We replaced it with a simple mechanical (non electric) Honeywell - for MUCH LESS - and were up and running in 10 min.
Vaughn/Burnham should stick to making tanks/boilers. Their controls are awful!

Worked as expected. Improved design where probe is not soldered to board making it easy to replace within chsnging whole expensive unit.

Immersion Control for Burnham Indirect Hot Water Tank
Original unit failed and my water was screaming hot. Replaced the aqua stat with this unit and seems to be working as expected. Installed for about 2 weeks and so far so good!
