I bought two of these units for my Cadet baseboard heaters. First off, it looks like Cadet no longer makes the tan colored heaters because the thermostats are only available in white and almond. My heaters are a darker tan or light brown color. Looks a bit weird with the almond colored thermostats. The quality control on the thermostats isn't as good as the original ones. One of the thermostats didn't work correctly. You couldn't tell when the thermostat was on or off. The other one had a definite click on and off. SupplyHouse.com was excellent. They sent a replacement unit and didn't require that I return the first one. Thank you. The second one works, but the click that you hear when it's turned on and off is definitely less pronounced than the first one. You have to pay attention to hear it. In the end, they both work.
