Bad Internal Solder Joints
Our first controller lasted about 15 years. We got a replacement, and it failed after a couple of weeks. When we opened it up the solder joints had failed inside. We ordered a replacement through supply house and we've been up and running for a couple months now. Supply House was great to work with and refunded the defective unit, plus crazy fast shipping.
