Item was delivered damaged
I received the item and it was badly bent. I really needed the filter and wanted to send it back, but it was going to take too long to send it back and then wait for them to send me another one. We went to several stores, but could not find a replacement filter of the same size. I wish your company had an option to report an incident with an item and they send customers a replacement and then we can send the defective item back.

Right out of the box, the product didn't seem like the same quality of my original Carrier filter. One of the corners was dented in a bit and, overall, the product felt inferior to the original filter. Good thing about it was that it is washable and I don't, continually, have to purchase filters if I would make future purchases.
