Bryant Plus 95i grommets for the inducer motor
I have a Bryant Plus 95i furnace built in 2010 and the inducer assembly is quieted by these two grommets, KA56GR560. As the furnace ages, the grommets get stiff and also sag. This results in the inducer assembly getting noisier. I put in these two grommets and the whole thing quiets down again. They appear to be OEM and exactly the same as the original. Just FYI, I added another support piece that really helped along with the grommets. If you look at the picture you can see a piece of wood with a nut/bolt drilled up inside of it. I put a rubber garden hose gasket at the bottom and used the nut to gently expand the piece and support the motor from the bottom. Worked great for me.

Carrier Grommets
My inducer fan started making noise and I noticed that when I moved the motor a little bit I could make the noise go away. So I ordered the grommets, and like the other ratings stated, the hole in the middle of the grommet is very tight on the screws. Not a big deal, I found I could drive the screws through the metal of the grommet before installing, and then it was easy to install. Initially after installation, there was no noise, but within 30 minutes, it started making the same noise as before. I noticed that if I lifted the motor a tiny bit, the sound stopped. So I took the old grommets and placed them under the tabs on the motor to give additional support, and now the noise is gone.

Carrier Grommets

Good fit except for the screws
The grommets fit well except the metal fastener that is in the middle is smaller than the originals so the screws don't fit inside. You need to pop them out and insert the originals.
