OEM Replacement for Carrier RAV070
Exact OEM replacement for my Carrier RAV070 furnace. The squirrel cage blower set screw is near impossible to remove. I soaked it with penetrating oil, but it wouldn't budge. I heated the squirrel cage shaft mount area with the set screw using a Mapp torch and was then able to loosen the set screw.

I bought one of these in 2018 for the same furnace. It started crying last year, but would stop after it warmed up a little. So I bought this one in case the first one I bought went out. It finally started crying and protesting so bad that I had to put in the new one. I'm not convinced this new one will last over two years. Customer service has been great, I'm just leery of the parts.

Exact replacement
Motor fit without issue, works as it should. I should have just ordered a new fan though to go with it as getting the old one off the old motor after 20+ years was not easy and didn't do it any favors. Only reason 4 starts was price but it was in stock and arrived in two days
