Description

The HG110-HX LF temperature actuated thermostatic mixing valve mixes hot and cold water to deliver reduced temperature hot water. This Heatguard® valve offers a high flow rate which reduces system pressure losses, and robust, low complexity construction. An adjustable and lockable handle prevents tampering. The extended outlet temperature range – up to 176°F (80°C) – makes the 110-HX LF ideal for heating system applications. Adj. outlet temperature range: 85-176°F (29-80°C)

Not the same size as the original
The Hot and Cold input span is 1/2" larger than the original valve. The installer of my radiant heating plumbing did a really neat and clean install but did not leave the space for the slightly larger span of the new valve. The replacement got much more complicated as the piping on the cold side had to be cut and the piping rearranged. SupplyHouse provides excellent customer service and although my project was significantly more difficult it is not in any way the fault of SupplyHouse but rather the manufacturer that for some reason changed the size.
