Del-O-Flo® nozzles are low-capacity nozzles designed to minimize the usual Nozzle plugging problems associated with low flow rates. Del-O-Flo® nozzles are available in A and B types.
The Del-O-Flo uses a patented slot design consisting of very short slot length/depth ratio and substantially square slots to prevent plugging. These short slots keep the fluid from slowing and maintain turbulence, which keeps particles from collecting, settling, or clogging the nozzle.

buy the right nozzle
You guys need to use hollow red 0.50 70A Not back solid.

Stack temp increased 30F and sooted up Buderus G115
Replaced the standard Delavan Type A 70 deg ,5 gph nozzle with this " Deloflo" .Stack temp increased 30F and sooted up Buderus G115 - Going to get the standard version to replace next cleaning.

I would not buy another one.
I bought one and it plugged up in about 3 weeks. I had changed the in line filter and cleaned the pump screen filter and installed 525 gallons of new furnace oil before installing the new Del-o-flo .50-70 degree nozzle. I might have had some fuel issues,but i installed a older used regular nozzle and it is working ok now. They are suppose to work better,but i do not know why mine plugged up so soon.

I would not buy a Del-o-Flo nozzle again.
I installed it, and it did plugged up in about 3 weeks. I had changed the in line filter,and cleaned the pump filter screen, and did have over 500 gallons of new oil installed in my tank before the del-o-flo install nozzle. They are suppose to last longer than the regular nozzles,but did not. Going back to the regular delavan nozzles. My fuel might have had some issues. Shannon rocks, and is a great saleslady. God bless
