Excellent Valve Body
Discovered the original 21-year old valve body was leaking at the solder joint. Decided to purchase this unit and the install could not have been easier. Pressure is the same and I'm hopeful this model will last longer than the one that was installed during the construction of our home.

Good Product
All products I've received have been good, the packaging and shipping however leaves alot to be desired. They seem to have no concern of your products making it to you undamaged. Packaging is a joke at best. Atleast they replace items easy enough, just an inconvenience to have to repeatedly get items replaced or refunded when you need them.

Customer bought a Delta Multi Choice Rough-in but we needed no tub and pex crimp fittings. I told them "don't worry, I know where to get the right one"

Good Product

Good product needs better packaging
Good price for what I needed but shower valves were placed in a box with no padding. One of the clips on the Sheetrock guard was broken in shipping. Minor detail and still useable but need to consider better packing material.
