I won't risk it.
These Bluefin drop ear have several problems, both design and manufacturing quality. 1. Thin sidewalls on the PEX barb extension. 2. NPT thread well with a stop at the bottom potentially stopping the nipple seating completely. 3. Cast defects in the stop at the bottom of the thread well. Gives me serious reservations about Bluefin.
