Pan Patch Worked Great
Used to seal a leaking evaporator pan (in really bad shape). The pan patch was very easy to work with and provided a lot of coverage (I had a small pan and the amount included could have likely done two of the sized pans I had). Epoxy took about an hour to begin setting up, so this provided for ample time to work into all areas of the pan.

Not enough, not 8 square feet like advertised
This product works amazing however you get very little to work with and it does not cover 8 square feet like advertised, more like 2-3 quare feet if that. I have a residential A/C coil that I was repairing, I mixed it and poured it without difficulty and even self leveled, however It only cover about 1 square foot. I spent 20 minutes stretching it with a wood shim and still barely covered. I was disappointed I could not cover the sides. If you are buying this, you need 2 packages even for the small coil trays.

Allowed me to keep going on a 28 year old carrier attic unit with a corroded pan. Mixed easy. Had enough to get the job done. What can I say - It did what I hoped it would do.

Great Product But Will Not Cover 8 Square Feet
It is a great product but messy to apply in a tight area. Recommend gloves and an old disposable paintbrush to dispense and move the product around the pan for full coverage.
My a/c condensate drip pan was a 2ft.x 2ft plastic pan with several hairline cracks that leaked water. Before applying the product I cleaned and lightly sanded down the plastic surfaces. One bag could not cover 4 square feet—glad I bought two bags.
After curing it did seal the leaks very well and left a smooth/hard top surface.

Will never buy it again
The product is sticky, will not flow to leak point as shown in youtube. It will seal the leak if you can see and access the leak, but useless if you hope it can flow the the leak on its own and fix the leak

Great Product and easy to use
Used to repair rusted and corruded evaporator pan including sides that were beginning to detach. Used a brush to insure everything was coated. When it cured, no leaks. Even hvac guy said it worked perfectly.
