Great Product
The condenser on our mini-split system needed to above Base Line Flood Elevation, and the foundation was 2' in the air. This bracket worked like a charm.... We didn't need to drill thru the stucco or the siding, we drilled right into the concrete stem wall, and with it's shape the unit sits right at FF.

I use these on almost every install
These are the best brackets in my opinion. Mounted to the foundation for a strong hold and no vibration transfer to the wood. Some have complained that the bolts snap off. That only happens when you don't vacuum out your hole before placing in anchors or you over tighten the bolt.

Bracket was Fine, but the bundled hardware was inferior ...
One of the included lag bolts snapped off before it bottomed out and disrupted the days work becuase I had to go purchase a replacement before proceeding.
