Asurity 3/4" Waterless Trap

Worked very well for our application.

Recently bought a home and running the A/C, the whole house sinks. Later, we found out it was due to negative pressure from the blower and missing trap from the condense line. We have been using over 4 months and works great!! Even for tight areas.

Used This Trap In An Attic Figuring It Would Prevent Me From Having To Antifreeze The Trap Every Fall. I've Tried Two Of These Waterless Traps And Both Have Leaked At The O-ring Where The Two Pieces Come Together. If They Made This Product With Threads Like A Union Then I Don't Believe You Would Have Any Issues, But The Two Clips Do Not Maintain Enough Pressure To Seal The O-ring.

Product leaked at the seam where it comes apart for cleaning. Had to re-do the condensate drain with a regular trap. Would have preferred a "waterless" trap, but this is not a good choice at all.

Some joker installed my a/c condenser drain with no ptrap. Even worse, they installed the furnace directly on the floor with maybe a 1/2" of clearance of the pan and the floor. This left 0 chance of me adding a p trap to solve my backup. This product was the perfect solution for me. It keeps water flowing unlike before.

I bought this trap to prevent my furnace condensate line from sucking in sewer gasses due to a negative air pressure. The smell would go thru all the ductwork and stink up the whole house. This trap has solved that problem. By installing it horizontally in the condensate line, it now prevents the sewer gasses from getting sucked up from the drain and spread into the furnace and then throughout the whole house. I bet a lot of others experience this negative air pressure and would benefit from installing this waterless trap. It was very easy to install. Thanks for making a great product and at a very reasonable cost!
