The BMPlus-3z Zone Control System delivers advanced HVAC zoning performance in a streamlined, installer-friendly package. Out of the box, the BMPlus-3z controls two or three zones, and can easily expand to six or nine zones using XM-3z expansion panels, perfect for both retrofit and new construction applications.

Eight color-coded LEDs provide an at-a-glance view of HVAC and damper status, reducing installation time and eliminating guesswork.

Built for broad compatibility, the BMPlus-3z works with most 24V thermostats, including smart WiFi models. It supports everything from single-stage gas furnaces to 3-stage heat pumps and dual-fuel configurations, with flexible staging options, Stage by Weight, 50% Rule, or Time-Based to match any comfort and efficiency requirement. The system also includes a built-in Safety Interlock, making it easy to connect A2L refrigerant leak monitors , wet switches, or smoke detectors without complex rewiring. Configurable purge or stop modes ensure the correct safety response for the application. For improved indoor air quality, the Fresh Air feature allows controlled ventilation with high and low outdoor air temperature limits to prevent discomfort or equipment stress.

When paired with EWC's motorized dampers, DAPC static pressure controller, or Smart Bypass Damper, the BMPlus-3z ensures balanced airflow, quiet operation, and maximum efficiency.
