120 VAC Self Regulating Residential Heat Protection Cable

EasyHeat Freeze Free Cable is designed for use with residential plastic or metal water supply and drain pipes subject to freezing temperatures, down to -60 °F (-51 °C). It is ideal for use on water supply lines that are underneath mobile and manufactured homes, as well as pipes in cottages, barns and outbuildings that are not regularly heated. Freeze Free self-regulating pipe heating cables provide flexible protection against pipe freeze-ups. Their cut-to-length capability on the job is ideal for installations that require protection for numerous pipes of varied lengths. The self-regulating effect of the cable reduces power consumption when the pipe does not require freeze protection. It automatically increases the watts per foot the colder the cable gets and decreases when the temperature gets warmer. 120 Vac Freeze Free cable is designed with a braided metal jacket to provide an electrical ground as well as protection against damage in dry locations.
