Easy to install
I ordered the heat wire and thought the clips would be in with it but had to buy those separately. Supply House had the best prices by far for both the clips and the wire and my installation seems to be working well. I'll know better by next spring after going through a full winter here in the mountains of Idaho.

Roof Clips.They work well
The clips are easy to work with.It would be nice to have ones with a double tape already on the back of the clips.This would save alot of time.And if you screw or rivet the clips down it would make a water tight seal.

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffNo, these clamps require attachment with either roof nails or screws. Be sure to sure to apply sufficient sealing material to the clip and clip fastener to prevent moisture leakage.

No, but you might be able to use adhesive pads under the clamps. Like the type you use to install the ez-glide furniture slides if you're attaching to a metal roof. Probably won't work on asphalt shingles.Good luck!
