Works but...
We installed this in an outdoor pool house. Our only issue is that we did not get one big enough. We live in the Rocky Mountains, so our water comes from snow-melt captured in reservoirs. Even in July the water temperature is cool, so while tankless heater does heat water, we have to turn the flow down to a trickle. This is just something to take into consideration when deciding what size to get. Otherwise, it works just fine.
