Works just as expected
Using fan to vent a garage, does the job just as expected. Only thing was that I am glad I didn't rely on the dimensions from website. The Website states that the "C" dimension is 10-1/2" but the fan was actually 10-1/8". Two of the slotted mounting holes were misaligned slightly, no big deal.
I'd use again and recommend to anyone.

Good quality fan shutters. Electric leads are too short.
Great strong fan. The shutters work well. Designed for easy install.
One huge flaw: The electric leads are not long enough to reach a box near the fan. The ones on my unit do not even extend beyond the body of the fan itself. This means I have wire nuts floating in the air, which is a code no-no.
The manufacturer should really ship this with another 12 to 24 inches of lead on the motor.

Not worth the money. Louvers allow bugs and bees free access to the inside of building.

WOW is all I could say
I live in Palm Springs California and needed a venting system to install in attach garage to that would take out heat (Triple digits) during the summer
Wanted a DIY install and much to my surprise was even easer than expected
Not stucco worked needed after cut out due to design
After install dropped temp in garage from 110 to 80 if kept running all the time during day but I also purchased a thermostat which regulated temp and time run keeping electrical cost down
