Much Better Control of the HRV
I bought this to control the Fantech SHR150 HRV installed in our very tight new home build. This allows much more flexibility in controlling the unit. I have to play with some of the other controls, but happy with the purchase.

Definite improvement over dehumidistat-only control
I bought this control to replace the large and bulky dehumidistat-only control that was installed by the contractor when the house was built. The multifunction dehumidistat is an improvement in several areas. In addition to humidity control, it allows control of the fan speed, whether to exchange or recirculate air, and whether to operate in an automatic or manual mode. Aesthetically, this control is much more pleasing than the one it replaced.
