Applications:
Dual grille Premium Bath fans can effectively ventilate two areas of the bath or two different bathrooms. Small 7" ceiling grilles (with or without lights) can be easily positioned directly over showers, whirlpool tubs, steam showers, toilet or vanity. The fan motor is installed away from the living area for super quiet operation. PB fans are designed for intermittent or continuous operation to meet ASHRAE Standard 62.2.

Great Fan, Poor Lighting
This is a great product except for the bulbs included are not bright enough. I installed it in a 7'x 8' bathroom with an 8' ceiling and the 2 lights barely light it sufficiently.

Attic mounted bathroom fan
The fan installation is easy and the light / exhaust grilles boxes are straight forward to install. This was a retrofit of an existing bathroom, so while straight forward, it was more difficult to mount the exhaust boxes, than I would imagine for new construction. The system works well, with no fan noise, only minor airflow noise through the exhaust registers. Overall this is a good system if you have easy attic access to retrofit, and would be excellent for new construction.
