Motor for 1/2 the price!
My furnace uses TRANE parts and they are priced like BMW parts are for cars. Got this for about 1/2 the price of the TRANE one. I actually installed it myself with the help of FaceTime and a YouTube video. Works great! From what I researched this could have easily cost me about $1000 to have a company do it. Can't say enough about the positive interaction with customer service and their professionalism.

Inducer motor has bad vibration
Inducer motor has a bad vibration while running. Seems like the fan is unbalanced. I would return it but the one I removed stopped working and my family cannot be without heat.

Great product and buying experience
