Compatibility & Applications:
- For Field Controls UV-18 UV-Aire duct-mounted air purification systems that list 46365402 as the replacement lamp
- Used in residential and light commercial HVAC ducts where a UV-18 UV-Aire unit is installed
Installation & Operation Notes:
- Disconnect power to the UV-18 unit before servicing
- Remove the existing lamp and install the 46365402 lamp in the same orientation as shown in the UV-18 instructions
- Confirm the lamp is fully seated in the socket and all covers and access panels are reinstalled before restoring power
Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Replace the lamp according to the UV-18 service schedule or when UV output has degraded as indicated in the product literature
- If the lamp does not operate after replacement, check wiring connections, the power supply/ballast, and any associated safety interlocks
