I order my A/C equipment on a Thursday and it arrived on Monday. The customer service was top notch! I was able to install the both the inside and outside unit by myself. I hired a local contractor to make the final connections. Save me a lot of money!

The line set arrived quickly.
The line set was in one box and the box was undamaged. However the large line was not round. It must have been that way when it was insulated. The egg shape of the copper made it very difficult to fit/bend in my tubing bender. I feel the quality of this product couldn't have been much worse.

No the line sets are not pre charged usally the outside unit has charge in it which you release once you have brazed,pressure tested and vacumed the line sets

these line sets are not precharged. they need to be brazed in and vacuum pumped down then freon is added, I have not seen precharged line sets in a long time.

No lines are not pre-charged. There is no way to hold the refrigerant pressure in the lines. The red caps shown are plastic, designed to only keep contaminents out of the tubing.

Q: Are these lines cleaned dried and capped like standard line sets? The picture does not show them that way.
