Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
- Replacement addresses a noisy outdoor unit (fan motor "racket") or a suspected failing motor, restoring normal, quieter operation.
- If symptoms persist after replacement, verify related components (for example, correct capacitor selection where required, proper fan blade condition/balance, and secure mounting).

Condenser Fan Motor Purchase
Their customer service is excellent, I purchased a condenser fan motor and received it in a couple of days. The fan motor ran for 5 days and started making a lot of noise. I called customer service and they sent me a replacement out that day along with a return authorization for the one that went bad. They were very friendly and professional. I will continue to purchase from this company in the future.

I would buy again
It took a long time to get it. screws that hold motor together are also the mounting screws. they had been cut off flush with nuts. I had to remove screws from old motor and install in new motor before I could use it. everything else was ok.

exact replacement for my noisy unit
My outdoor unit was making a terrible racket and I determined that the fan motor was on the way out. Found this exact replacement on SupplyHouse and it was perfect. Easy to install and immediately fixed my issue. Been running strong for a year now. Very happy with the product and the service from Supplyhouse. I'll be buying more HVAC from them in the future.
