Get a better Grundfos Pump
This pump did not last 9 months the first time I installed it. We have other Grundfos pumps and they last a long time. The first pump was noiser then the second pump I installed. They are changing these pump for the better, I could not get this exact pump from my local supplier. They are going to a 3 speed pump for easyer starting.

Great pump put needs a stronger body
This is the 2nd time I bought this pump for my geothermal HVAC. They tend to rust and have pin siz holes on the body, leaking water. The last one lasted 5 years; which is better than my neighbors' pumps which lasted 2-3 years.

Solid built pump
In service a few weeks...so far, no issues. Got lucky & just swapped out the pump itself from old housing on geo thermal heat pump. Super fast next day delivery( at extra cost) & excellent cust service when told was an emergency repair...ordered at 3...was shipped at 4:30!!!

Verified Reply- PexSupply StaffA pair of flange gaskets is included with this circulator, but the bolt-on flanges need to be purchased separately.

Yes is has round flange gaskets. The old pump had a different flange a flat gasket. These are round and about 3/16 inch thick.
