Great Customer Service
I ordered a hot water recirculation pump to replace the original Builder installed pump in my house. The price was reasonable and the customer service was great, i.e., they helped me isolate my problem over the phone and delivered parts quickly. I have not had any issues with the replacement part (been installed for almost two years now). Also, at the time I did need to return one part (not related to any issues of theirs) and was running late on returning the part due to working through a death in my family at the time. They sent me a letter signed by numerous people in their office with their condolences and to tell me not to worry about being late with the return. I was impressed and touched by their letter to me. I will not hesitate to use SupplyHouse for any of my future needs.

Q: does this up15-18b7 pump have a built in thermostat? i was reading some specs on pump and it says it has a timer wasn't for sure if it had a thermostat to turn pump off and on at certain temp.

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffThis pump does not have a built in timer. The models with the timer would have the "T" designation in the model number, such as model UP15-18B7/TLC which is sku 59896230. That pump has a built in timer.

Q: Is water supposed to be able to flow thru the pump without it being turned on ?
