I would never buy this product again AVOID!!
Bought this product and it started leaking after a little over a year. Customer support was horrible. Although it was installed on a municipal water line, they claimed it failed due to dirty water... What a joke, the pump has plastic parts that should be made of metal. Poorly made, it is not worth the initial savings of spending less. I recommend to avoid this pump at all costs!!! Based on the lack of US customer service, I will never buy a Grundfos product again!!!

Good, but it replaced a failed SCALA2
This is the third SCALA2 I have purchased, though one is for a separate building. This pump replaced a pump I bought only three years ago. We had a power pole replaced, and perhaps the power turning off and on did something to the original pump because it suddenly would not turn off or produce sufficient pressure. I replaced it with a new pump, and all is good again. I would like to get the previous pump repaired, but it is near impossible to find anyone anywhere to work on these small Grundfos pumps.

Great pump
The Scala 2 is a great pump. This is my second pump, both purchased through SupplyHouse. The first is still going strong after four years. Unlike, the MQ3-45, the Scala 2 maintains a constant pressure. There's no waiting for the pump to kick on, so its usage is like having city water. SupplyHouse also has the best prices on the 220V version, and they are always quick with delivery.
