High-Flow filters
First, these are inexpensive filters...but I bought them for a specific reason. The dual-zone HVAC system in the house is over 20 years old, and the more aggressive/restrictive (micron-level hepa filters) strain the somewhat inefficient return-air ductwork/system. These filters may not grab tiny biological particulates, they are sufficient for pet dander and dust/dirt - while maintaining good return airflow through the system. Second... They are inexpensive enough to do monthly filter changes without worry. The multi-pack allowed for buy a This allows a fresh filter to always be in the HVAC. Finally. The high- flow rate increases cubic meters of air circulated and decreases the amount of time the HVAC runs -- reducing cost.
