Flame Sensor, 1172827

I had a concern about a flame sensor I purchased that had heavy carbon build up after 24 hours of service. Supply house sent a replacement at no charge and immediately. Fast service, original manufacture replacement parts or a part brand the manufacture has approved as an acceptable source. If your part is not right supply house makes it right. Your concern is courteously handled by phone or email. And a replacement is sent immediately usually it is received before expected.

1. The bracket that is pressed on to the flame sensor appears to be at the wrong radial position (clocked rotation) for the sensor to correctly sit in the flame. 2. The same bracket was pushed onto the body of the sensor too far...making the sensor sit too far back and interfere with the burner nozzle, also keeping it from correctly sitting in the flame. I had to bend it in a vice, and it's still a poor fit, but it worked the second time I tried to install it. No idea if this is a single-part defect or the entire batch is like this.
