A concentrated liquid blend of fast acting grease and waste digesting bacteria and safe, biodegradable grease and soil modifiers. Does not contain any acids, caustics, solvents or other harsh or harmful ingredients. PT-BI01 continues its grease-digesting action in sewer lines, improving the performance of cesspools, septic tanks, and drain fields. Waste digesting bacteria biodegrade greasy matter en route, preventing redeposition and problems such as interior (crown) corrosion and sewer gas formation. Safe for use in all types of drainage plumbing. Helps eliminate unpleasant odors and slow drainage by breaking down and digesting fats, oils, grease, and other waste stream organics. USDA authorized/NSF registered for use in food processing plants. Regular use of PT-BI01 improves the function and condition of grease traps, prevents waste accumulation and odor problems in lines, floor drains, traps or disposal units, and keeps sump lift stations operating properly. It also reduces or eliminates operation downtime and damage from grease trap overflow.

This stuff works wonders on grease in a septic
This product is fantastic. I have a property that has a commercial food service grade septic system with a grease trap. Unfortunately the grease trap overflowed in quite a lot of grease got into the Eljen leech field. Greece is the worst thing that can get into those types of fields. After being told by several people that it was impossible to get the grease out, and that the field will have to be dug up and replaced at a considerable cost, I tried applying this chemical in the distribution box in small increments, and over a period of a couple of weeks it ate through an amazing amount of grease and let the leechfield flow again. Saved me $20K!!! Thank you, this stuff is fantastic.

Has only helped but not solved the problem
This was recommended by a plumber to use in my kitchen with some sludge build up but I have used it twice and it might be a big better but hasn't really been a solution. I am still going to have to have a hydro jet clear the slow drain.

Has only helped but not solved the problem
This was recommended by a plumber to use in my kitchen with some sludge build up but I have used it twice and it might be a big better but hasn't really been a solution. I am still going to have to have a hydro jet clear the slow drain.

Been using this for years
Since we've started using Cloroben as part of our preventative maintenance we haven't had a single grease buildup problem. We've been using it for years and will continue to use it as long as we are in this house.

Excellent Recommendation by my Plumber.
This product was recommended to me by my plumber. The drain from my washer was backing up. The plumber had to cut out the old pipe which was galvanized steel with a small U. He replaced the pipe and recommended the Cloroben to use occasionally to keep the drains flowing cleanly.

Maintaining clear pipes
I mix with warm or hot water and pour it down the drain. Eats thru sludge very well. I don't have anything negative to say about it ,only good, Thumbs up ;)
