The product is a direct replacement for the solenoid on my Honeywell HE220, installed without problem, and works fine. The price was great; I was quoted as much as twice the price I paid when compared to local vendors. The only reason I rate the product a 4 is because my furnace and humidifier are located just outside my master bedroom on the 2nd floor in a utility closet, and the click when the solenoid opens is VERY audible. I don't remember the original solenoid being that loud. However, at least it doesn't wake me up, and I would buy the product again. Yeah, I know, odd complained. ;)

Good product but too expensive
The valve is pretty straight forward to install and works fine. It is too expensive though which isn't necessarily PexSupply's fault. You can find valves with the exact same specs for 1/3rd the price.

After 15 years the solenoid for humidifier failed. Bought a new one, easy to install. Works great!

Perfect OEM Replacement
My older HE225 solenoid valve got stuck open, but came across this one. A perfect fit, but I did use all the parts in the kit, as I re-cut my copper line going in, to use the supplied sleeve and nut.
Note: All worked perfectly, but I did notice a loud noise from the running water going into the valve, as it was very noisy throughout the house. I lowered the supply water to the solenoid, with a small turn of the nearby supply water valve, and the noise was gone. This a common issue that can happen, due to water pressure.

Great customer service.
Bought a humidifier solenoid for my Honeywell 265 humidifier 1½ years ago. First on lasted just over a year. Bought a second one as the warranty had expired. This solenoid lasted 4 months. SupplyHouse sent a replacement quickly. So far after 2 days , it appears to be operating correctly. Very quiet.
