Junk but no other option
I am now on my 4th unit in 2.5 years. It is used on a good quality Burnham wood/coal boiler. I contacted Honeywell about the plastic gears stripping out and they blew me off saying I have a voltage problem. My first actuator lasted 20 years with no issues. When it did fail it was for a different reason. The plastic gear was still intact. I checked the voltage and it was fine. My original 20 year old unit was made in Canada while the current one is made in Mexico with what appears to be a cheap plastic gear. Until I can find a better replacement I am stuck buying one or two a year.

Q: Other than price, what is the difference between the Honeywell M847A1080 and the M847A1072. The descriptions are the same. Is there a difference in torque?
