i would buy again

used this to control the electric heat in one of our offices ,this was where1 24 volt thermostat controls 2 loads ,the problem we had was that the old one would lock in the ON position thus heat the area past the thermostat settings,on my research i attributed this to the bimetal makeup of the old unit ,on replacing the new unit i tagged all the wires with color coded wires so thee wires would go back correctly .one wire in the new unit had a different color to the old but i put it in the same place that the old one was ,of course you will have to shut off the breakers before you do this job ,use a meter to make sure everything is off ,then last just hook up the thermostat feed and put the cover back on ,this unit came well packed and got quick delivery .

First Relay Faulty

The first relay that I received had one bad switch. The free replacement relay works perfectly. I was lucky to have a standby heating system since it took 3 weeks for the replacement to arrive. Otherwise, SupplyHouse was prompt and helpful.

Repaired malfunctioning / overheating radiant ceiling heat

Was exact replacement for overheating 1964 radiant ceiling heating system, after relays became stuck open. Device arrived over the weekend, sooner than expected. Happy with Supply House.com!

24 V Electric Heater Relay with SPST switching

I would buy this again (if needed)! I bought this relay to replace the exact same one that was installed in my house like 50 years ago. This went right in with no problems.

I would buy this product again, as it an exact replacement.

I used it to replace the same product which I had purchased from your company years ago. Would have liked to have that one last longer, but that wasn't your fault.

Q: does this hoo up 2 - 240 volt breakers to 1 thermostat

I had two 240 volt breakers controlling the baseboard radiators in my sun room that used only one of these relay switches with one thermostat. However, the relay would burn out every few years (It would stick on) so last year I replaced it with a separate relay for each 240 volt breaker.  I had used only one relay for over 20 years.
