Overview:
Use in combination with V5055 or V5097 Gas Valves to control gas supply to commercial and industrial burners.
ON-OFF actuator. Normally used with Proof of Closure V5055/V5907C valve bodies. Low pressure.

Features:
  • Use where smooth light off is important.
  • One-second maximum closing time.
  • Continuously displays the valve position with a red indicator when open and a yellow indicator when closed.
  • Mount in any position directly to valve bonnet with three setscrews.
  • Provide final safety shutoff service when used with V5055 or V5097 Gas Valves.
  • Includes damper shaft

Q: I'VE HAD PROBLEM WITH PROOF OF CLOSURE SWITCH INSIDE NOT MAKING,WHEN I CHECKED IT OUT I FOUND THE 2 SETSCREW TO BE LOOSE.TIGHTENED THEM UP,NO PROBLEMS UNTIL NOW,IT DID IT AGAIN LAST NIGHT.WHEN I CHECKED EVERYTHING THE SETSCREWS WAS TIGHT.SO I LOOSENED THEM UP.WHEN I LOOSENED UP THE SECOND ONE IT WAS LIKE SOMETHING POPPED INSIDE.I TIGHTENED THE SETSCREWS BACK UP,NOW IT WORKING,WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM?THANKS.
