Great customer service
The disposal is excellent although we haven't had it long enough to make an informed judgment.
What I can say with certainty is that the wonderful woman I spoke with when I phoned for customer service was as good as they get. Helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I wish I could remember her name but it isn't coming to me right now. She particularly helped me about the cord for this I hp disposal, so if she reads this comment, she'll know my thanks are directed to her!
