Q: I'm installing a Kenmore built-in dishwasher and it calls for: "Ferrule, compression nut and 90° Elbow (3/8”NPT external thread on one end, opposite end sized to fit water supply)". Are the threads on this elbow correct for this need?

Verified Reply- SupplyHouse StaffOne end of this elbow should be correct. Both ends of this elbow have 3/8" OD threads and compression connections. Kenmore seems to be recommending that the other end be sized based on the size and connection style on the line feeding the dishwasher. This elbow would only be compatible if you plan to feed the dishwasher with copper pipe that has a 3/8" OD.
