Will never purchase another kidde product again
Multiple new smoke detectors were defective, some right out of box. Constantly setting nuisance alarms within 1 year of the install. Supplyhouse has has been awesome to deal with between the shipping, warranty replacement and finally refunds. Ultimately I've settled on another brand of detectors.

Good service
Bought one of these and it came without the backing plate. Called the first time and the kid seemed to be on a major learning curve, not good. Called the second time and the girl was spot on and sent out a complete unit to compensate for all the aggravation. This has always been a great company to buy from and I've been buying for at least 10 years.
